The service format below is on hold during Covid Lockdown:
Sunday forms the core of our worship at All Saints. This is a time to come together, listen to God and prepare for the week ahead. Services usually follow the pattern below, although please check the Calendar as services can vary. You will find a brief description of our services below, however the best way to find out is to come along to one yourself.
Together(at)11 takes place every third, fourth and fifth (if there is one) Sunday of the month from 11:00 to midday. During this service, which uses the Common Worship liturgy, we pray together, listen to a Bible reading, and have a response to the reading (such as a drama sketch) followed by a talk on the reading. The service is intended to be more relaxed and uses modern contemporary music. We celebrate Holy Communion on the third Sunday. Refreshments are served before the service.
Together(at)TheHall takes place every first Sunday of the month from 11:00 to midday. Together@TheHall is an informal cafe-style gathering in the Church Hall. During our time we meet and talk with others while enjoying hot drinks, pastries, fruit and bacon rolls. We also have fun activities for children. Topics are set for session. Together@TheHall is drop-in and is free to attend.
BCP Holy Communion takes place every second Sunday of the month from 8:30 to 9:00. This is a simple said service of Holy Communion using the traditional Book of Common Prayer liturgy. During this service we pray together, listen to passages from the Bible and celebrate Holy Communion.
Please always check our calendar. This is our typical worship pattern; however times/services may vary throughout the year (especially at Christmas and Easter). This list does not include non-regular worship.
