We are looking for a new, voluntary Church Hall Manager, please see below:
This position is voluntary and ideal for an active, enthusiastic person who has a good eye for building maintenance, who is committed to the community and its flourishing.
The new Church Hall Manager will be required to oversee the Hall’s practical functioning, where visiting the Hall and being available to discuss arising issues will be as appropriate. They will be responsible for overseeing that the employed cleaner maintains the Hall’s cleanliness as well as ensuring that the Hall is in good repair for use by the many community groups that hire the hall on a regular basis.
This does not mean that they must complete the tasks themselves, unless they choose to do so.
The new Church Hall Manager will be working as part of a wider team with those who coordinate hall bookings, clean and use the hall. This voluntary position will be subject to DBS clearance.
